Trogg’s Hollow is looking for full-time, part-time, and intern farm family members

Hours: 20-40+ hours per week

Pay: $10/hour, based on experience - can work out housing and meals if necessary, access to Upper Midwest CRAFT (Collaborative Regional Alliance for Farmer Training) events and field days, veggies

Employment Term: May through November

Farm family members duties include:

  • general farm work

    • veggie seeding, planting, weeding, harvesting, washing, packing

    • animal feeding, watering, moving, fencing

    • CSA and market working

  • physical labor in all weather conditions

  • being reliable, organized and responsible

Preference will be given to those with experience with small veggie farms and those committed to sustainable small farming.  Education opportunities include on farm learning, participation in CRAFT field days and events, and additional small projects of intern’s choice.  These positions are great for persons looking to learn more about sustainable small farms and interested in starting a CSA farm.
