Happy May!  Wow, we were busy.  It's really amazing what a difference even in the last two weeks.

This week alone we have seeded chard, radicchio, spinach, more peas, carrots, beets and string beans.  And we planted seedling of cabbage and Napa cabbage, kohlrabi and (shhh!) tomatoes.  Last week we put in over 2000 onions, 2000 plus potatoes, and kale and collards.

Remember, if you are in the Elgin area, the Elgin Green Expo is today and tomorrow.  There are wonderful things going on there and you can enter to win some of our seedlings from the Downtown Elgin Harvest Market booth.

We do have fresh lettuce mix, fresh mesclun mix and kale for sale at $2.50 per 1/2 pound.  Just call or email and we'll set up time for you to come by.
