We have entered that busy busy time of year, and one of the benefits of that is that you all get a weekly newsletter.

As I’m sure you all know, it’s been really warm, and REALLY dry. The warm wouldn’t be such a problem if it weren’t for the dry part. We spend more time than we care to admit looking at weather radars and forecasts, hoping something wet will come our way.  So anyone with a few extra minutes, do a little rain dance for us!

The Elgin Harvest Market starts in just two weeks – June 7 at 4PM! Mark your calendars and come on out.

Remember shares start in two weeks as well. We sent out an email detailing pickup dates and places – if you did not receive that and you are a CSA shareholder (whole or half) for the 2012 season, please let us know.

We do have fresh lettuce mix, fresh mesclun mix and kale for sale at $2.50 per 1/2 pound.  Just call or email and we'll set up time for you to come by. We'll pick it while you're here!
