So you guys, this is the end of April. MAY IS STARTING! Which means just over one month to vegetable goodness. Can you believe that? Weren’t we just complaining about winter? Well, you can pretty much stop doing that now. I think the chance for snow is *mostly past. Maybe.

So in big exciting farm news - we had two sets of the tiniest most adorable twin baby goats born right here this morning! Out twins, Tanngrisnir and Tanngnjostr (or as the kids call them, Roughnut and Toughnut) both gave birth to twins last night.

And so many other things. We finished skinning the big greenhouse, and it’s full of growing things. And Trogg tilled most of the field and we got our hands on some clover for seeding, which he started doing as well.

Elgin-area people, Trogg will be in town with greens again this week. Come to 48 Crighton between 5-7 on Thursday to get your fix. Last week we sold out fast!

And hey - our farm event is this weekend! Really? Why, yes it is. SO COME OVER AND SEE US!!!! It will be fun! There will be baby goats! And chicks! And syrup making! And crafts! And Cedar Valley Sustainable Farm will be there! And the Complete Sheep Shoppe will be there! And Tiny Tempest Farm with seedlings will be there!  And Wayne will be there with honey! And more exciting things too!

As usual, please let all your family and friends know about our wonderful veggies.  Forward this on or share it with everyone you know.  WE NEED YOUR HELP REACHING OUR GOAL THIS YEAR!  It’s less than 2 months until shares start! If there are any events you can think of that we should attend, or if you want to create an event, please contact us.  Even if you won't be renewing or joining next year please pass it on to someone who would be interested.  For now, here is the link to signing up for 2015.  Clicky!
