This week at Trogg's Hollow

Eggplant, broccoli, and sunflowers, oh my! Every week, something new makes it into those bins. I hope everyone is still enjoying the old standards along with the fun new stuff.

On Monday we got to take a trip up to Elkhorn, Wisconsin to visit farmer Tim Huth at LOTFOTL farm. Through a grant from CRAFT, Tim has been working with us on weed management, and it was great to have a chance to check out his operation.

Oh, and we can’t forget a big thanks to our volunteers this weekend – THANK YOU Whitneys, Craig, and Kevin. You guys are awesome. Just an FYI, we won’t be out there this Saturday, so enjoy your weekend!
