It’s really hard to believe December is here. This year has flown by so fast – last December 1st was our first official day living at this farm, and I can’t quite get my head around it.

For you winter shareholders, it looks like we have a couple more weeks here. We have shares for you this week, and we’ll have them next week, and then we’ll have to see how things go.

As far as 2014 summer shares, we have extended our early bird sign up prices to December 20. We received notice that we do not have to have our seed share orders in until the 21st, so that gave us some extra time to allow people to sign up with last year’s prices.

Also, Roselle, Glen Ellyn, Elgin, Arlington Heights, and LaGrange area people, a good way to get the word out about our CSA is for us to come talk to people, and we would love to come out to your areas and talk to interested friends and family about small farms and our farm.

n market news, we have two this weekend! We’ll be at Grace Farm Studios, located at 2719 Franklinville Road in Woodstock from 2-5 on Saturday (which is a cool place with cool people and you should totally check it out). We’ll also be at Huntley’s Christmas on the Square celebration from 12-5, which is on Saturday as well.
