Happy New Year!

This extreme cold had us bunkered down for a bit, but now we’re out of deep hibernation and getting ready for the new year.

This month we are working on a “propaganda” video for the farm. The Upper Midwest CRAFT farmer alliance and Angelic Organics Learning Center are sponsoring the Second Annual Beginning Farmer of the Year Recognition.

We’d like to get a minute or two from several different shareholders about why they are members of the Trogg’s Hollow farm family and what they like best about their farm.  We plan on splicing bits of these into our entry video as well as use these on our site for new visitors to view.  If you aren’t up for an interview, we’d like to encourage you to help out by going to Local Harvest and posting a review of the farm.

Farmer Trogg will be participating in the 2nd Annual Band Of Farmers CSA Farmer Talent Show at the Hideout in Chicago on March 15th.

The calendar on the website has recently been updated with this year’s farm events.  After having a great year of events in 2013 we have sat down and planned out all the dates.
